Call Center Assistant Supervisor (Entry Level)

We’re excited to be looking for a new member of our team. And, here’s who we’re looking for.

What does a Customer Service Supervisor at PRC do?

We have interviewers/agents that conduct inbound and outbound calls for various projects centered around healthcare.

The Assistant Supervisor works directly with our interviewers/agents to address their questions. They serve as a mentor focusing on interviewer/agent retention and providing support needed to help our interviewer/agents both on and off calls.

More specifically, they…

  • Are full time employees that work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Can work well in a team and effectively interact with others.
  • Are punctual and report to work as scheduled
  • Work onsite at PRC.

What does a Call Center Assistant Supervisor at PRC need?


  • High school diploma, or equivalent required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working in a call center is preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Friendly, out-going, approachable, and compassionate.
  • Possess excellent Communication skills including: active listening and the ability to convey information to people in a clear way that means things are understood and get done.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain balance among multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Discreet and trustworthy.
  • Polite, professional, and courteous.
  • Ability to learn and use several computer programs.
