What does a Customer Service Supervisor at PRC do?

We have Telephone interviewers that conduct telephone surveys regarding healthcare. They give patients and healthcare consumers a voice, helping our clients achieve excellence.

The Customer Service Supervisor works directly with our Telephone interviewers to address their questions. They serve as a mentor to Telephone interviewers focusing on interviewer retention and providing support needed to help our telephone interviewers conduct quality interviews.

More specifically, they…

  • Are full time employees that work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 2pm – 10pm
  • Can work well in a team and effectively interact with others.
  • Are punctual and report to work as scheduled
  • Work onsite at PRC.

What does a Customer Service Supervisor at PRC need?

Knowledge

  • High school diploma, or equivalent required. Some college or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required

Skills & Abilities

  • Friendly, out-going, approachable, and compassionate.
  • Possess excellent Communication skills including: active listening and the ability to convey information to people in a clear way that means things are understood and get done
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain balance among multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Discreet and trustworthy.
  • Polite, professional, and courteous.
  • Ability to learn and use several computer programs.
