There are bound to be bumps in the road on your journey to excellence. Use our HCAHPS Dashboard to cushion the ride and get where you want to go, faster.

Are your HCAHPS scores signaling that you need to turn things around? Do you need to get better mileage out of your improvement initiatives? PRCEasyView’s HCAHPS Dashboard can put you in the driver’s seat.

Join Nancy Miller, PRCEasyView® Support and Education Specialist, for a little driver’s ed. This is a great opportunity to brush up on the rules of the road for creating compelling reports you can use to tell your story and make your case.

During her presentation, Nancy discusses how you can use the Dashboard to:

  • View real-time service line HCAHPS data.
  • Track trends across HCAHPS dimensions.
  • Assess your progress against VBP achievement thresholds.
  • See how your score compares to the VBP benchmark.
  • Prepare a variety of reports to document your progress or drive your case for change.

Whether you use the HCAHPS Dashboard all the time or aren’t sure where to begin, Nancy walks you through the application’s capabilities and helps you better understand how it can jump-start your data and refuel your approach to performance improvement.

The HCAHPS Dashboard is one more EasyView® application that can make it easier to envision your road map to excellence by charting what’s most important to your patients and pointing you in the right direction, where you can really make a difference.
