Many different program planning tools exist, but one of the most common and popular is the logic model. Logic models can fill in gaps on implementation strategy documents and ensure that you use funding to its greatest potential. Producing a logic model also creates an opportunity to inform stakeholders about the program processes, gather input and ultimately foster collaboration.
