AHRQ Patient Safety Culture Study
Safety is of the utmost importance in today’s healthcare environment, inspiring the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to create the Surveys on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS™). Conducting this survey with an approved, independent third party like PRC increases participation and encourages staff to speak openly about their safety cultures.
