How does Survey Response Rate Impact HCAHPS Summary Star Ratings?

We found that all HCAHPS dimensions were positively correlated with survey response rate. In other words, as response rate increases, HCAHPS dimension scores rise as well.

Federal Register Proposal to Remove Pain Question from HH CAHPS Survey

Lessons Learned from VBP Performance
