Taumaoe (Tau) Gaoteote, BSBM, MPA, MBA -Director of Customer Relationships & Patient Experience Santa Clara Valley Health Care

Taumaoe (Tau) Gaoteote assume the position of Director of Customer Relations and Patient Experience in 2013, in addition to overseeing Hospital Communications Operations. He was instrumental in establishing the Customer Relations Department/Patient Experience department and streamlining patient experience structure and operations. Patient Experience is his passion and calling. Before taking on this role at Santa Clara Valley Health Care, he spent 30 years of honorable services in the United States Armed Forces as a United States Marine. Tau received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix, a master's degree in public administration from Golden Gate University and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He is currently a doctoral student in Liberty University.
