Why Is PRC Trying to Call Me?

 

PRC is a leading market research and consulting company specializing in high-quality survey research, analytics tools, and coaching for the healthcare industry. We make outbound calls for two reasons:

  • Survey Research
  • COVID-19 Contact Tracing

 

Survey Research

PRC is hired by hospitals in your area to conduct interviews about health and wellness issues. Our goal is simply to ask a few questions about the healthcare services you or someone in your family may have recently received, or to ask more general questions about the overall healthcare services available in your community.

 

COVID-19 Contact Tracing

PRC is working in partnership with states throughout America on contact tracing initiatives. You may have received a call from one of our Contact Tracers in an effort to Crush the Curve and help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Our Contact Tracers are actively reaching out to residents who have either tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with a COVID-positive individual.

As time is of the essence, your responsiveness is key. Individuals should be mindful of checking voicemail messages from unknown numbers and promptly returning calls to Contact Tracers.

If you think you may have missed a call from a Contact Tracer, please call us back at 402-934-8468. If we do not answer, please leave a message and someone from the team will return your call.

Opt Out

Because we aren’t selling anything, PRC is not governed by the Do Not Call List; adding your name to that national registry will not preclude you from receiving a call, an email or a text message from our company.
