My holiday traditions do not stray from the typical cinematic scene. Family members pile into our home as my wife, Joyce, adds the finishing touches to the holiday meal. Our guests fill the table with side dishes and desserts while three generations from both sides of our families gather together. Kids running at our feet, the tree sparkling with lights and laughter encompassing the room. Amongst the chaos, I reflect upon this yearly tradition and remember the events that have shaped my life, especially immigrating from Cuba in 1962 and landing in rural Nebraska.
I’m thankful for the opportunities that America has given me, as well as the perspectives from my Cuban culture. My mindset of “being the best you can be” translates to my work where we believe in excellence for ourselves and those we serve. I’m grateful for many things, but especially for what we have accomplished over the years at PRC. The people at PRC are a valuable aspect to company culture as they are dedicated to providing information that is valid and direction that is solid. All of us enjoy celebrating our client successes with each new story and triumph in their institution. The role we play in their achievements inspires us to continue to push for excellence.
As I look back on 2018, I am thankful for all the partnerships we’ve formed and for those who have continued to trust PRC with their journey. Together, we will continue to reach for excellence and improve healthcare. From all of us at PRC, we would like to wish you a joyous holiday season with the video below.
