About the Workshop
Our Healthcare Experience Foundation (HXF) Partners provide your team with an eight-hour workshop designed for leaders and champions, personalized to your organizational needs for an immersive learning experience. During which, we will define civility, incivility, the continuum of workplace aggression, and the impact it has on the healthcare workforce; introduce civility goals, effective leadership behaviors, and practices; and create an action plan for your care team.
We also offer additional coaching solutions to supplement the workshop, including site visits for civility observation, civility assessments, customized training portals, and onboarding & coaching civility team(s),
