PRC can now submit your CoreQ data! If you are participating in the AHCA/NCAL (American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living) Quality Initiative Recognition Program for skilled nursing care centers and assisted living facilities, PRC can now collect and submit your customer satisfaction data for you. This voluntary program strives to improve the care provided at SNCCs and ALFs across the US.
This program recognizes those who have met at least one of the four AHCA/NCAL goals and classifies facilities into four tiers based on their performance. While three of the goals are clinically based, the CoreQ customer satisfaction survey data comprises the fourth. To reach the top tier of facilities, you need to have CoreQ survey data collected and submitted.
The CoreQ customer satisfaction survey evaluates the experiences of three populations:
- Skilled nursing short-stay patients
- Skilled nursing long-stay residents & family members
- Assisted living residents & family members
This short survey can be administered as a stand-alone survey, or incorporated into a more comprehensive survey tool that would allow for additional analysis, including the identification of key drivers.
